Dedicated or Crazy?

Yesterday morning I woke up to 16 inches of snow on the ground. The kids were home from school, the wife home from work and the gym closed. I needed to get my 2hr run in.
So I put the kids on a sled, tied a rope to my waist and ran around the back yard for 1.5 hrs.
I may be a little crazy and very dedicated. At least the kids had fun and I got my workout in.

liberte-egalite-fraternite asked: Hey! Yeah Jonny Wilkinson is my constant. Can't really think of any better inspiration. He makes me want to try that extra 10% harder in trainings, or spend just 10 more minutes on my kicking. Even now when I am injured, I think there is no better guide. He is proof that you can come back after so many injuries, and that you just have to look to the future and not dwell on the injury!

rugby training. if you commit to a tackle make the other guy hesitate.
ruck prac
defense drills- close up the space from attackers. i have good speed so i like that drill. -keeping up with partners run line. pressure the line. basicaly a good part of the defense is spook the other guy haha….
